How are Coaches trained?

Each EMyth Coach trains extensively in Our Approach and Program before certification and after—because we believe in continuous improvement.

Our Coaches are EMyth-certified independent contractors who are trained in both Our Approach and in our own comprehensive curriculum. Many of our EMyth Coaches have been small business owners themselves and applied EMyth to their own businesses (although that’s not a requirement to join our network). To maintain our standard of having the best business coaches in the industry, every prospective Coach must complete a year-long training program, which includes both academic and hands-on practice—both in group formats and 1-on-1 mentoring. Think of it like a practical, real-world MBA. Before receiving clients, each new EMyth Coach must pass a readiness assessment by our Coaching Team. Once certified, we offer continued mentorship and training as needed.
