Online meeting platforms make working with your Coach easy, no matter where you are.
All meetings with your Coach take place through Zoom, a free online meeting application. Before your Welcome Call, your Coach will reach out to you via email to let you know how to join the call with them. We recommend testing out the platform before your first call so you can download the free software you'll need.
If you don’t hear from your Coach or if you have trouble logging on to your call, contact us by email, chat, or phone at 1.800.300.3531 (+1.541.552.4600 internationally). We’ll get back to you as soon as possible during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST/PDT).
